About The Event
Weekly skill clinic is designed for athletes to train according to their aspirations. Focal point will hone in on:
- Footwork
- Ball Handling
- Shooting mechanics, shooting off the dribble, shooting off the catch
- How to beat 1 defender
- Finishing at the rim
- Body Control
- Passing
- Basketball IQ - decision making
- Defending
